The time we have at our disposal every day is elastic.

Where does the time go? Don't we all ask this question especially when are the busiest or happiest? To get a clue, we can keep a time log of our activities for a few days. Fifteen minute increments is picky enough. Good for twitters folks if you are into that sort of thing. How much time do you spend each day surfing the internet, chatting online or blog hopping aimlessly? Reading the paper? Chatting on the phone? Running to the grocery store for one or two items? Watching TV shows you don't even care about?
Review your log, then decide which "time stealers" you want to cut down on or eliminate. Screen unwanted calls with caller ID. Only check email once a day. Don;t open junk mail-toss it. Group errands to save time in the car. See how much time you can recover in your day. Then spend it doing what you enjoy most-blogging.
