oh - you win for this week - what EXCELLENT mutterings! I love the Peking duck (and picture) and wish::dream - that's exactly right! What really caught my eye was the kindness of doormat::welcome. I gave a snarky answer and a kind one, too. I miss the friendly doormat I had; I vow to replace it and to be more welcoming. And as for your comment on my blog: I, too, have had very very very noisy neighbors. I had to complain to management after they refused to respond to my really quite polite & calm requests for less noise at 0300. I was sorry to do it but I deserved to sleep at night (apparently they were vampires who slept during the day)
