I had a really nice holiday with my family at Awana Kijal, Terengganu recently. About a week ago. Just didn't get to write and post about it. It is the quiet and peaceful kind of a vacation that I needed badly away from the hustle and bustle of busy city life. Although it was a short 3 days 2 nights kind of a stay but I felt refreshed after the rest. The waves at the east coast is bigger than the west coast, say, Port Dickson. So I enjoyed jumping up and down while shouting with glee like a little girl when the tall waves hit me. I was playing in the water the whole day with my siblings and hubby! Yipee!
I was cycling along the beach with hubby and sister + her hubby too. Alas, I didn't bring my camera along and didn't get those photos. Boo-hoo-hoo...Sad. That was really fun even though the bicycles were not in so good condition. We tried those tandem bicycles.
There is also a giant chess board. Life size. Need to pick up chess pieces and walk around the board to place them.
